Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, standard shipping rates apply.
- Standard Shipping (Insured & Tracked): 7-12 Business Days.
- Priority processing (Skip the Line): 5-10 Business Days.
Note: Due to high demand for the Omnismarter series, packages may ship from our global fulfillment centers (US, UK, or Asia) to ensure the fastest available route.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Omnismarter Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, OmniBeam Gear will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
